PhotographyIt all started with taking pictures underwater - nudibranchs are ideal subjects, they don't move about much and when they do it is reasonably slowly and they are colourful, mostly. Now it is about finding out as much as I can about them, recording their behaviour and keeping a record of their appearance around the sites I dive. |

Images are captured in Fuji RAW format on a 2gb Fuji XD card. This enable me to take at least 106 high resolution images at 4048 x 3040 pixels. The use of RAW leaves me with the widest options for work in the digital darkroom. The digital darkroom is currently a Dell Latutude D820 with 4 gb memory. I use Photoshop in the image workflow and upload to the site with SmartFTP. The site is maintained with Macromedia Dreamweaver, viewed on Mozilla Firefox and is hosted on 123, so far without problems. |
